Abstract : Research title: The Effectiveness of a Program Designed by Using Multimedia Technology for Developing the Adolescent Female's Capability on Decision Making on Life Problems in Jeddah City. Research objectives: The current research aims to design and implement a programmed by using computer software to develop the capacity of the adolescent girl in the intermediate stage to take decisions, solve problems and verify the effectiveness of the program. Research Sample: A study has been made on a sample of adolescent girls in intermediate stage in the city of Jeddah; it consists of the basic sample (125) girls and the experimental sample (25) girls. Research tools: the researcher prepared and used five tools to extract the results: 1-A form of general information. 2 Questionnaire -life problems of the adolescent girl. 3-measurement of capacity to take decisions for adolescent girls .4- Measurement of the ability to take decisions on the problems related to the life positions of the adolescence girl .5 - The multimedia technology program which is prepared to develop the capacity to take decisions. Research results:- 1 -The intensity of life problems that face adolescent girls differ as a result of the life different field, the arrangements of these fields .2- There is a positive correlation between the ability of adolescent girls to make decisions and ability to solve life problems they faced. . 3 - There are differences of statistical significance in the ability to make decisions on life problems of adolescent girls, total search sample, due to the differences of the age groups between (13-14) in favor of the 14 years age group. 4 - There are meaningful statistical differences in the ability to take decisions by adolescent girls (experimental research sample) before and after the implementation of the program which is prepared and designed by using the information technology for dimensional application. 5 - There are meaningful statistical differences in the ability to take decisions by adolescent girls to solve their life problems (experimental research sample) before and after the implementation of the program which is prepared and designed by using the information technology for dimensional application. . Research Recommendations: the researchers recommend: 1- Preparing programs directed to the adolescent girls within the family and women by various media to discuss the different problems faced by girls of this age group and how to deal with it through the development of their capacity to make decisions related to solving these problems. 2-Interest of organizing symposiums, lectures and courses for educating family and the school about the types of life problems that may face adolescent girls at this stage and how to deal with them and guide the adolescent girl to the proper solutions, through the development of her ability to make decisions on the life problems . 3- Encouraging the cooperation between businesses specialized in the production of educational software and specialists in the area of the family to implement specific software directed to the adolescent girl to develop her capabilities and to develop her
